For about a month this year, I thought that Katy Perry and Christina Perri were the same person. I have never heard a Christina Perri song but I knew that Katy Perry supposedly had a Christian alter ego and all I knew was that no one I knew liked Christina Perri so I assumed they were the same.

I lump television into two categories: sitcoms, and Serious Television.
I love a lot of Serious Television, but there is a thing that a lot of Serious TV shows do that I hate. I call it the HIMYM complex because that show is the WORST about this and even though it’s a sitcom sometimes I hate it with a firey fucking passion. This is why:
